I had a comfortable stay at the hotel in Otaru. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, although a bit small for two people with limited luggage space. The service was polite and friendly, with just a minor oversight in cleanliness. The location couldn't have been better, being just a few minutes walk from both the station and the seafood market. The dining experience was superb, offering a wide selection of food which was described as premium quality. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
